All glazed with A rated glass units as standard that comply with Building Regulations Document L. All other ratings are available.
All supplied with high security Shoot Bolt locking mechanisms and the additional security of anti bar SAC bolts.
Each sash has a choice of either bevelled or ovolo finish and comes with a key locking handle available in a variety of colours. All sashes have night vent facility as well as trickle ventilation.

Casement
The casement window by far the most popular British window style is available in a multitude of options and are an ideal choice for direct timber window replacements.
Choose top or side openers or a combination of both all with your choice of clear, obscure, stained or patterned glass.
Tilt & Turn
Tilt and turn replacement windows offer a combination of modern styling with easy ventilation and cleaning options.
A quarter-turn of the handle opens the window partially by tilting it inwards from the top – for ventilation.
A half-turn and the window opens fully from the side for easy cleaning.
Sash/Sliding
Sash windows are ideal for that traditional look. Some of the benefits of sash windows are:
- UPVC designed never to stick, rattle or need painting
- Each sliding sash is counter sprung to glide smoothly and stay open in any position
- Each sash can be tilted inwards to allow for easy cleaning
- Internal restrictors allow each sash to be opened partially allowing ventilation without compromising security
- Lockable catches ensure safety and security.

Flush casements windows rival the look of timber windows, flush on the internal as well as external giving equal sight lines.
